Pediatric group issues COVID-19 vaccine guidance for kids, which differs from CDC

The American Academy of Pediatrics is strongly recommending COVID vaccinations for children ages 6 months to 2 years old. The guidance is different from the CDC advice under HHS Secretary Robert F.
